2023 Important Dates to Remember

IRS and Franchise Tax Board extend filing deadline for most California residents. California individuals and businesses impacted by 2022-23 winter storms qualify for an extension to file and pay taxes until October 16, 2023

2022 Important Dates to Remember

  • 3rd Qtr September 15, 2022
  • 4th Qtr January 15th, 2023
  • Extensions for Partnership, SCorps are due September 15th, 2022
  • Extensions for individual taxes and C Corps are due October 15th, 2022
  • FBAR due dates are April 15th, this is necessary if you have $10k or more in any account out of the US.
    If you have money transferred into an US account from any country, $100k or over needs to be reported.

With an extension, this does not grant time for tax due, this is for tax filing. Any tax that may be due will incur penalty and interest from the April 18th deadline until paid in full.
